Well I am at my little beachside hut outside of negril. Man I could get used to this. So I got here on sunday and have been doing the rounds of some sights I wanted to see and getting settled in the studio. I got a private viewing of Bob Marley's and Peter Tosh's Graves. It was very humbling. And let me say that the greenery is out of this world. I came to the house and there was a lunch bag with what looked like grease stains on it, oh my it was the freshy of the fresh.

Anyways I hope everyone had a good thanksgiving, mine was a quickie to new york saw the fam and hit some of the old haunts in the city. CB's is still there and seemed to welcome me with open arms. It was one of the first places I did sound as a big time sound guy almost 13 years ago with that band from boston.....I think it was a tuesday night opening up for treat her right, which went on to become morphine......ahh the good old days.

Seeing marleys grave made me realize how many of the musicians I have liked or have known have joined the choir invisible. Rest Easy Friends......whoah this must be the rum........thats another story.........When I get back I'll have to meet this colorado sg crew, looks like a good bunch.

No I have not heard of cephalitic carnage, any good? I really dig the new mastadon for some reason. Reminds me of high school in a little upstate ny town. Billy Milano came though and hired a drummer friend of mine who used to play for testament and they were MOD. Fun times.......my ears still ring from that.........
