I wouldn't worry about the review. The guy that comes to do the equipment prolly smokes up when he can too so, he's prolly cool with it. Most of the repair guys are. It's horrible but at the theater I do work at, people smoke in this multi-million dollar sound and light booth ALL the time and just use a shitload of Ozium and Febreeze and sometimes a coffe pot to get rid of the smell. Hehe. So no worries!

I had to share a car for awhile with a flatmate and it was rough. It's not easy. There's gotta be something out there for you or for her. But seeing as how it's already 'your' car... Send her off to autotrader to get her own pretty car.
It sucks being bored. I go to work, I come home, I sit. Repeat. It's pretty dull most of the time. I'm close enough, if you're really bored one day I'll be happy to catch ya up for coffee or a drink or whatever. I know how crappy it is to be w/o friends. Not fun. I'm just the opposite. Sounds to me like you've gotta stand up for yourself first. Take no crap. Explain why you're recommending them, and how it feels when those recommendations are ignored. And your team need to know you're doing everything you can for them.
And if they keep messing you around, life's too short...find another job!
