It's nice to know you're still friends with your ex--it speaks very highly of you. I've only had two really bad break-ups where I didn't remain friends with an ex. I never really understood how poeple could have a relationship, then simply break off all contact simply because their not in that dating mode any more.

Aww I hope your christmas turned out better than it was looking to. sorry your christmas eve wasn't all super bitchen.

I actually don't mind working christmas either, just so long as it's after all the festivities n such. Because after all the presents are opened up. Folks play with them for a lil bit, but that's just the kids mostly. The adults might get a few lil toys they play with, but of course that's only amusing for a lil bit and then there's nothing to do really. So workin ain't so bad.

I worked at Taco Bell / Pizza Hut Express for almost a year. I wamted to take a vacation but I don't like being without a job. So I went and got the simplest dumbest job I could think of and told them if they ever made me a manager I'd quit. I didn't want to have a single thing to worry about. I wanted it so that if anything happened I could say "dude, I'm a minimum wage taco bell worker, what the hell do you expect?" I enjoyed that job a lot more than I expected I would.
