I know the feeling of being over stressed and not being healthy as a result. I haven't went to the gym on a regular basis for several months.
Getting there to start is the hardest part, but my best friend DL and I just started a diet together and I've cut down my drinking by like 75% and I'm starting to feel pretty good. As soon as I finish physical therapy for my elbow injury I plan to go back to the gym.
Keep the faith............

The doc put me on two new allergy meds and gave me a scrip for antibiotics if I don't get better in two days.
I think it's a combo of moving all of my junk and having the sore throat that's making me feel as bad as I do, otherwise, the throat wouldn't bother me as much.

Yeah...my home town where I grew up is the IE but I live in Nevada...I didn't want to put that yet cuz I just moved here by myself and don't know anyone to protect me so I feel vulnerable if I tell people on line where I live...I wouldn't mind telling you but in general I would rather keep it to myself for now....I WOULD LOVE to hang out with you some time...I go to So Cal often so maybe I could look you up sometime and IF you EVER come to Nevada you could def look me up!!!
