OMG you guys. I never though I was going to be one of these parents but, I have just spent a week looking for preschools for my son. A WEEK. I have narrowed it down to 6 by website and will be touring them this week. I wonder if they will be ok when I walk in with my dread falls LOL. I Feel like I should trade in my dreads and red makeup for a mini-van, BLECH no way!! Ok just though I would vent about that.
So I have to tell you about Saturday. Saturday was a lazy day my hubby and I just hung out with the kids and played City of heroes (on pc) . At 4:30 my hubby left to go to friends, they were going to see Fahrenheit 9-11 at 7:00pm. At 8 pm I was getting ready to feed my kids (they took a late nap) and send them to bed shortly after a bath. At about 8:15 I was just about to finish a mission on my mmorpg and the power goes out. I had no dry food left ( the next day was shopping daytoday) and was out of fruit. The kids were freaked and hungry so I let them watch a movie on my laptop( till it died) and gave them chips cereal and fruit snacks for dinner, oh well at least they liked it. The power was not back on till 12:30 ( hubby still not home what a brat) All I have to say Is I am glad I make candles I had plenty to making the living room nice and bright.
