we had a ton of field training today.

i smell like smoke and it won't' go away.

but dear god. i must have burned like 1500 calories or something. it ws depressing how out of shape i've become. i really really need to start working out more. and i haven't had a cig all day smile

so, so tired.
so i drove up from roxy's today. it took me 8 hours, nonstop except for a few coffee and pee stops, averaging 80 mph.
i had a 45 minute break at home before i had to leave to drive back to school - another 4 hours
