I think if people need to hide their tattoos/piercings to get a job, fine... whatever. but after they prove themselves, they shouldn't worry about hiding them. my mom just recently got a job as a manager for a gas station, and the people are REALLY conservative there. she covered her tattoo on her wrist for the interview and covers it every day at work. they absolutely love her now. I think if she uncovered it, that'd really show them, yanno?
