Another day, another few twenties spent on extended stumbling lectures...it's good to be back in school. I just wish they had more cohesive lecture plans. I do enjoy...

Daylight savings always seems to creep on through my autumn. I used the extra hour to sleep, though I didn't really need it. Started the entertainment business paper: short biography on Bambaataa and Bangs. 350 words is a silly amount. I've done half of the assignment in the introduction paragraph without even introducing the Boys. Too many bullshit psychology papers under my belt.

Instead of...

picture it ... fall 1993 ... ok ... so i LOVE nirvana ... LOVE them ... and did since i was 13 and when i was 14 they were on their In Utero tour and were coming to Minneapolis on December 10 ... it was a friday ... and being the age that i was and living an hour and a half outside of minneapolis i was at the complete mercy of my parents .... i BEGGED them to let me go .... i even cried ... and my mother said to me ... sweetie ... we just don't know what the weather will be like and i don't want you to spend the money and then have me tell you that you can't go because we have a snow storm because then you will be even more upset .... and then she added ... how about this ... i PROMISE ... the next time that they come I will take you ... no matter what ... WELL ... he died that april ... and there will NEVER BE A NEXT TIME! .... so ... that's my nirvana story ... sad but true ... my mother never said anything like that again ... but when NIN came when I was 15 you can bet i made it to that show and many more there-after wink

You ever read any of Clive Barker's other stuff?

You a musician? I play the drums, yo. Sadly, my set is at my parents' place in Circle Pines while I live here in Minneapolis. It's a sad state of affairs.

I hereby unofficially tag you for the 20 Random Facts thing if you feel so compelled to indulge yourself in divulging random but factual information.

It's from "Mad World," by Tears for Fears, more generally known from Gary Jules' cover in Donnie Darko. Apologies if title along resolved the issue and I was left sounding patronising.

It's the autumn of the week. Reds, oranges, greenery, falling glucose levels, tri-toning of the blues, forced un-boxing, filibusting of homeliness, poison control, jelly bottling, waving away suns.

bolt and hip.
