I hear the Rapids historically haven't done well in the playoffs. I thought FSC threw out the 7 wins in 22 matches?

Tonight, FC Dallas beat El Lay. This means two things that I know make you happy. First, El Lay is out of the playoffs, and we all hate them. Second, for the first time, Dallas will end up at the top of the west, so, when the playoffs roll around, the Rapids will knock out the best team in the west.

Yeah, a lot of my best memories are the little things. Talking to Henrik before the game, asking him if he could score us a brace, the drunken Scots behind us, being called "Hartson" in order to get my attention for a good sing song leaving the stadium as I was wearing my Hartson jersey that evening.

Even when I drive up to the supporters' club I remember all that stuff. Nothing like a bunch of drunken Scots yelling at the TV at 6am during an Old Firm match.

I just can't wait till next August, when hopefully I'll be over there for a game. I'd like to see some other leagues as well, if I'm in Iceland I might catch a match up there.
