Yesterday was pretty good. I got my finals done so now it's time for a short vacation. Here's the best part:
I GOT TO SLEEP IN THIS MORNING!!!!
I am so happy about this, plus now I have a little time before I go to work to do some house work for Jamie and help her build this IKEA closet thingie that she got yesterday.
I can also work on some editing, or some art work.
What ever it is, it's not homework.
My dad called me last night. Mainly to tell me how fucking worthless I am and that I'm the biggest failure as a son and a constant dissapointment. I wanted to go walk into oncomming traffic, it sucked. Everyone said that I shouldn't let his words get to me but they did. Mostly because of how ashamed I am of myself, because essentially, he's exactly right. I've know this for a while now. I've been trying to improve on it, but he doesn't care. As he told me, "I'm retireing in a year, and you aren't in possition to take care of me when I do. You need to get crackin', cause you owe me." Can you imagine the audasity of this man? Seriously. He hardly helps me out with anything, and I'm susposed to just devote the rest of my life taking care of his bullshit? He's in a rude awakening when I drop his ass off at the retirement home; and I'm gonna make sure it's one of those really crooked ones as well, like ten times as bad as the one in Happy Gilmore

For Christ's sake you are getting your degree and fricking creating a life for yourself. You are so young. You need time to build up your life.
Half the people I know your age don't have their act together half as much as you do. I would even say half the people my age don't!
