At the end of my shift tonight... around 11ish... I had what I think was a panic attack. My stomach was all butterflies and my chest felt very very tight... I felt like I had to throw up... just overall awfulness....

I'm not sure why.... I'm not sure what is going on with me.... There are things bothering me - things I just shouldn't have...

I've had two panic attacks. One was while I was driving. Not fun at all. I always heard they were like heart attacks, but didn't believe it until I had one. Never had a heart attack, but I got myself to the hospital real quick after the first one.

I've got a lot going on....
I'm not feeling creative anymore... I think it's a side effect of the prozac... but I feel even... which is better than feeling low and high all the time.
I've got a gigantic stack of mail that I need to open and I just can't do it right now.
Things like mail make me anxious... and voicemail.... ugh.

Tonight...

Six Flags was a blast. The bus ride home was not.

I just don't like anyone anymore. I'm too grown up for my own good. Everything felt juvenille... not even funny.

I still love all of you though.

I want to do the dare devil dive which is like bungee jumping... I'm fucking excited... I'm getting nervous already! http://www.sixflags.com/parks/greatadventure/Rides/KingdaKa.html

Sleepy me.

There isn't much out there that doesn't say love like a soft kitten purring in your lap.

Mewmews.
Puss in boots.

"It's 2:03 in the am and that means that you're watching Perspectives. I'm your host, Lionel Osborne."

That's a Tim Meadows SNL skit. Why that shit still goes off in my head, I'm not sure.
Brian Fellows does that too.

I found this in one of the first issues of Nerve magazine... I had cut it up and pasted parts of it into a journal.... I really like this short story. If I knew who wrote it - I'd credit.
I didn't write it though - I think that's the important part.

...And Jennifer Platt is sitting here right next to me, her own parents...

Withdrawal from Paxil is the worst. Bar none. I never have felt as sick... as I have with the paxil sickness. I'm taking prozac now to help with the side effects but I'm still dizzy.. if I turn my head too fast I feel like someone has sucked the air out of my chest... I feel faint... almost like I'm going to vomit but since...

I forget - why are you going off it?

I had to quit abruptly when CR went away. I took the "normal" stuff for about three days and missed those same three days from work. Then I started Celexa, the vertigo went away instantly, and I have been happy as a clam since. I liked my Paxil but Celexa is lots better. (For me.)

It sounds like your vertigo is worse than mine but I didn't like driving with it anyway. I was taking only 25mg and lots more of other stuff.

Good luck. wink

Tonight I had a plate of tomatoes, mozzarella, and basil.. little bit of salt and pepper. Very summery fresh.

Had a shift on the floor tonight - one more training and I'm done.

I'm tired... showered... and ready for bed.

One ambien down.

Texting and feeling unsure.

xo for now.
