day 18 of complete and utter sobriety!
Who would have thought you could kick a ten year habit just like that?
I feel like a new woman.
Things that have changed for the better:
mood
memory
wit
skin
hair
eyes
capacity for love
the feeling of real feelings
priorities
intuition
my colours
outlook for the future

Just ciggies and caffeine to kick,
all in good time.

yeah, two days is. . . longer than i usually last. that's what i get for working ina place where there's a cafeteria, a vending machine with coffee AND a stall selling coffee between the staffroom and the classroom.

it was my first visit to amsterdam, and i really. . . i was there for a few days and it wasn't nearly enough, and i was torn between trying to cram lots in and see as much as i could of what there is to see there, and just chilling and watching the world go by. so i did a bit of both. as i'll do next time. i really liked it, it's such a friendly, cool place smile
