Wow. A pathetically long time since I attempted to do anything with this journal.

Life will do that to you sometimes.

I've actually been home instead of travelling constantly for almost a month. Which is great. I'm starting to remember what it's like to have a life.

But how long will it last? My cat has been living with my mom for how many months now? I'd like to take her home again, but as soon as I do I'll get that damn call to Uzbekistan for six weeks.

Someday I'll get off my ass and find a new job.
