Yeah before I got the silicone ones I would have to sleep a certain way or my ears and head would hurt now I cant even feel them. Also this might sound gross but they don't smell as much the other kinds I would take them out and clean them everytime I would shower and they would smell so bad even if I washed them the night before. With silicone I wash them once a week and they don't smell.
Thanks breathing helps alittle. I looked threw my old 0 gauge earrings and I only have 1 spiral sliver with black stars it's like alittle weighted to I. Guess stretch your ears I have no idea where the other one is.
