**EDIT 12:52**
my pills trazodone used to be sold as extacsyeeekshocked
in other news my ass looks awesome today

and I have a odd dog

So I have been thinking.............
Do I really need therapy?
It took a month to get an appointment and over that time I have handled situations pretty well. I can catch myself when i am doing some of my OCD and I have really put myself out there in social situations. (I gave a girl mu business card and cell number so we can meet up and she can teach me tatting and bobbin lace and i can help her knit. I also met UrOwnDisaster in person at a concert and his friend)
Now that I know what my problem is (Social Anxiety Disorder) I can be more proactive about fixing myself.
I did just have an initial therapy visit, maybe one more to see if I like it.............but eh i don't know

Speaking of being social, my 10 year reunion is this Saturday.surreal It's at a yummy mexican restaurantbiggrin

Well..........um that is alloink

I like therapy because it takes strain off my relationship. I can talk to someone other than my significant other about things, that way when I am with him it isn't all talk about my feelings and emotions and why I feel anxious or depressed today. Also, it doesn't cost me an arm and a leg so it has its benefits to go and see someone. It does definitely depend on how you feel about it. I would say at least try it more than just once to see how it goes. Its hard to place a judgment on something after just one try.
And also, I am only taking my klonopin on an as needed basis. But I find it works very well with my celexa, I might end up taking it more often to help me sleep. I have serious issues sleeping.
