my back hurt yesterday and got worse through out the day, hard to sleep last night
today i am wearing a back support to help and not moving much but will do back stretches later

well my dad got laid off
my hubby still works there, but now won't get a heads up if he is on the chopping block
my dad does get unemployment and he has already started looking, but last time it took over a year

Hope you get better soon! Have you ever considered seeing a physiotherapist for your back? I used to have back pain and my orthopedic specialst kept (taking money and) suggesting stuff that didn't help. My physiotherapist got my vertebrae back in order and it's been fine ever since.
