giggles

Chris came home from work in tears today, practically hysterical. At first I thought someone had died......I ask him what's wrong and he says that he's fired. After he calms down a bit I find out that he is suspened from work until saturday when he has to show up at 3pm. Why you ask for stealing, over $800 worth of stuff. Did Iknow this was going on yes, and I also know he isn't the only one even management has stolen and told Chris how to do it. But of course no one is going to mention that in his defense. Not that it's an excuse. They have a list of items and some of it is true he took those and some waaaayyyy off and some stuff he know is missing from the list. I kept telling him you shouldn't be doing this you are going to get caught but I didn't say I told you so. He has to pay it all back of course we got $100 from his mom and then he can make payments. We have no idea if he is going to get fired or not, especially since they wanted to give him a raise and make him management cause he is there best employee and up to this point the most trusted by all the other employees. He wasn't told how they found out and he's not sure if he wants to ask, for fear they'll find something else. He's going to call tomorrow to ask his friend in management what he can do to not be fired and if he knows if anything is for certain.
I don't know how to feel I want to support him and slap him all at the same time. He can file for unemployment if it comes to that and we are going to make a list of jobs he can apply to. What I am really pissed about is that I have to pay all the bills and with out that exact amount he was making I don't know if we can do that. Plus he has a lot of perscriptions and medical issues (RA, cholesterol, sleeping/depression) We need his health insurance and we need dental and vision too we can' afford to go with out especially since he is on the RA shot.
I'm at a loss of what to do, until saturday I don't know what to be prepared for, all I know is that we have 10 bucks in checking and just over 100 in savings not enough to cover any of our bills Ok writing all this is making me more upset so...........
