i'm officially "on the wagon" as of today...too many hangovers and embarrasing drunken episodes lately.

we'll see how long i last! whatever

heard some GREAT music on Friday night at New World Brewery...very cool bands.

just thinking...wow i've been an internet addict now for 11 years! surreal yah, i know that's random.

good luck with sobriety. remember two things: take it one day at a time, and don't drink. tongue

Sobriety can be very tough. Usually requires a change in people, places and things which is really hard and is a major deterrent in achieving it. Others can help. like AA or others who have quit.

My old sax player is in a band of all AA and NA people and it's great, because they can go to bars and be cnfident they won't drink. Strength in numbers.
