Wow 🤩 another exercise done ✅. At first I was a bit sceptical about this game. But I can feel that it does ‘something’. At least my endurance seems to improve. Since COVID-19 my daily bike 🚲 ride to work has been cancelled, because we’re ordered to work from home as much as possible. I’ve noticed that I GAINED SOME WEIGHT 😅 because my eating pattern changed (easy access to food at home) and little to no exercising. Planning to keep working till I weigh 80kg with 1,9m which improves my BMI with nearly 2 points from 24.1 to 22.2
