Sometimes, I really am ashamed at myself for being selfish and ungrateful in ways I never really noticed.
My great aunt, whom most of my family is very close with, is basically on her death bead. Constantly in and out of the hospital for surgeries, incoherent from all her medication, and hardly eating.

We all fall into that every now and then, its natural and its something that instead of being ashamed of, we should just simply change it. Hell I had my uncles mother die (he's my dads best friend, not my actual uncle) and at her funeral all I could think about was how one of my best friends was going behind my back and dating my ex that he knew I still loved.
We all do it, its just a matter of acknowledging we shouldnt, and you've just done that =].
I really hope things work out for the best, and that you get back to your normal self.

Thanksgiving day was good, my Maryland vacation was pretty lame though.
It seems like my best friend and I are the only 2 people left who arent 21 yet so we get left out of a lot of plans.

Well he's my dept. manager and I left around 6pm, so it takes him two hours to realize he doesn't have the keys, calls me, tells me I have them, I check my pants and my car, no keys, so I tell him I don't have them, he gets all defensive and just starts saying that I have them, I have to have them because they can't find em. So then I heard a click, thought he hung up on me, so I hit end. He texts me later and says Im a self righteous asshole that wouldn't answer my phone (I turned it to silent because I took a nap) and that I refused to help out a friend and a fellow employee and finished it off with a big fuck you. So needless to say, im pretty pissed at him.

I'm always an advocate for just leaving the question to simmer for a while...
The question generally gets answered naturally over time....
Although.... when matters of the heart are involved I'm often reckless in that respect... and it generally leaves me battered and bruised (figuratively speaking).
