I made cow tongue tacos today, and they were delicious.

First I braised them in chicken stock with some veggies for about 4 hours.
I then let them sit in some stock while I reduced the braising liquid almost all the way, added some cayenne, chili flakes, cumin and a bit of tomato paste.

So I picked up Aaron late Thurs. We then proceeded to eat pizza, I gave him his birthday present (Flask full of whiskey) and we crashed at Elias's house. We woke up early and headed to PAX.

I'm so sick of people making plans with me, and then canceling the day of/day before.
Every week, I make plans days, or even weeks in advance. And without fail, every time, they get canceled Leaving me nothing to do and bored. It's pissin' me off!

Unforgivable.

Long day at work. Ended up talking to Lucas and his brother at the bar for awhile Fun stuff.

Then moved on to playing DrunkKart 64(mario kart 64) with keith, dr. robotniks mean bean machine and california games. We then went out and watched some meteors fall with drinks. Good times trying to spot them.

Busiest night we've ever had.

Even better then Choochokam. Which is..amazing.
It all went smooth though. Except for running out of pasta and having to cook it to order at 10:30. Kind of intense. However Jager shots during made up for the fact.
