I love cooking.
When I cook, and I'm busy, I feel like I'm dancing.
I fly from station to station, I just get in that groove. It's poetic to me.

I should spend some time to write it proper, but let me just say.
I love my profession, and that makes me love life.

Tonight I went joyriding with my drunk chef in the snow, passed him good bourbon when he did it, then went and drank with another chef and fucked around with a half dozen industry people. We were supposed to go sledding, but instead we just drank whiskey and beer in a garage.
