After party for the tattoo convention at ArtCore was a blast.
There were a lot of very interesting stories, and a lot of alcohol. I have never seen so much beer in one place other than a bar's walk in.
Makers Mark Dinner was also pretty amazing. Meeting Bill Samuels Jr was great. The food..I had my critics on, but it was a lot of fun. Our table had some pretty cool people at it. Of course, everyone was rich as fuck and was double our age..but does that matter? Not so much (well to me). I have now shook hands with two of the most important men in the country. The man who makes Manny's (Manny) and the living descendant of the man who invented Makers (Bill Samuels Jr) so life is good.
Afterwords was Jon's birthday. Drinks with Jon, Jimmer, and Brookie. Fun times were had.
Next day hanging around with Cameron, brief half-lunch with Victoria, got my leg traced at ArtCore. I'm going in to get my calf started in 2 weeks, which is good. I've got the tattoo itch. I want more ink.
Dinner at Pichet with Nathan and his friend Jason, then Shorty's with the usual suspects + some more.
Work, is still insane as always. Last night was no exception. All with my gout flaring up quiet nicely. (which I deserve, because of makers dinner and such) Ever see the movie Misery? Where she Hobbles him? That's how my ankles feel. Like they're completely shattered.
I'm off to go ride my motorcycle. Life is too busy to write things down anymore.
