As for tipping - my feeling is this... If you are extremely happy with everything I tip half the cost of the tattoo ( that's just me) If you are some what happy...but something you did not like...whatever that maybe 25%. And if you are not happy and you are stuck with it PAY NO TIP. Sanitary measures, needles and gloves...things like that are common sence. I hope this helps.

I like the hair. But... What's your natural color?
dark brown. I've only died my hair once, red, without stripping it first, and that was nice because it was very subtle, even in broad daylight. I might do that once in a while, but the purple is a cheap wig. I like it too, but I don't like wearing it out because it looks a little too big in person (unless I just have a small head, which I doubt since every other body part is average) and that makes it obviously a wig. And the hairs tend to fall out if you run your fingers through it. So it'll be for pictures only, since it's only nice to look at, not to wear to parties.
