Man! I think my insides are all messed up. Ive had terrible heart burn the last couple days and I dont know why. But you know what, I have discovered the pure goodness of chocolate smoothie flavored TUMS and they are wonderful. Can you eat too much TUMS? Cuz I could eat those things all day.
Poop. And farts. These two things do not scare me. In fact, I make it a point to have regular conversations about them. Ever had such bad gas, I mean just really fucking rancid smelling farts, that you come to the point of realization that you should seriously just throw your underwear away? Really, the smell is just that bad that you totally give up on trying to get it out before youve even tried. Id like to know what I ate to cause all of this commotion inside. Especially for those times when you know youre going to be around people you dont really care for because Im pretty sure I would gladly put up with the heart burn for a couple days just to disgust someone else. Fuck em.
He is not there. He doesnt have to remove his glasses for you to know this either. It saddens me to see someone like that but at least he left us with something and thats more than I can say about most addicts. If not for the drugs, this wouldnt exist, so what do you really say about it? The fact that everyone likes this so much is pretty much saying that the thing we liked about him so much would not have been without the drugs. And I know drugs arent "evil" per se but if you cant control them than you die trying. And if you get caught up in believing that you can control it than you become the addict. And if you like the way the drugs make you feel as opposed to the way you normally feel than you might be more susceptible to believing it is something you can control. I dont KNOW if thats ultimately true for everyone though because I truly do believe that everything we do and feel is in our mind, which in lamens terms would mean we CAN control most everything with our own mind. So, are these people that cant weak? Is their own death a form of natural selection and weeding out the weak or are they just misguided and dont know they have the power to beat it? Worse yet, do they just not care? I dont know. But I think about it.
Since, im in a bit of90'sish kick, I really love this song. Did you know there are over 100 different versions of this song? Most of them with different lyrics here and there. It was an old mountain bluesgrass folk song from the late 1800's but Leadbelly was one of the first to make it more popular sometime in the 40's I think. Not exactly sure. For those that dont know. "Leadbelly" or Huddie Ledbetter was a blues musician in the 30's and 40's. Ledbetter Blues and Yellow Ledbetter are songs that are kinda sorta ripped from him but more as tributes to him instead of some false, defamation of his works. Anyways, I like when Kurt screams toward the end. Its powerful.
This makes me laugh throughout the day and I hum it to myself.
MEH. Thats enough of a break for me. Im goin back to work. Gettin our own internet this weekend, thatll be cool. Ill still probably just use it at work though. Dont know if Im gonna go to Havana. Maybe if my roommate wants to go and we can split the gas. I find out on Friday what my raise looks like and exactly what my boss meant by me being compensated very well for the work Ive done. Im kinda excited to tell the truth.
