I had to leave work early today because I tweaked my back out of alignment and was in a tremendous amount of pain. A coworker took me to my doctor, who also practices sports medicine and used those people-bending techniques to help put things back into place. Now I have prescription-strength Advil, vicodin (which doesn't feel as strong as I've been told it is), and muscle relaxant. Ow. I'm too young to have a bad back!
