I got 4 hours of sleep because my mom woke me up to take me out to eat. I guess that's not so bad....free lunch. Tomorrow I leave for Utah finally. I don't know why I'm even writing this heh, no one reads it anyway.
I guess it's good to get things off your mind. I visited my grandparents today since I won't be seeing them for awhile. We are very close and my grandpa gave me 100 bucks. Very cool. That will cover a months rent almost since I'm sharing an apartment. He gave me all of these warnings about drugs and alchohol and then said he's glad that I've never done either.......
It feels bad to lie to someone. Someone you've known your whole life and care about. But some things are necessary. He'd probably die if he found out the truth. I'm not alchoholic or drug addict but I do the occasional partying. No hard drugs though....and actually none anymore at all. I also quit smoking a month ago. So I feel less bad when I tell him I do none of those things.
I wonder what I can do in Salt Lake City. I imagine for the first week we'll just roam around exploring. Trying to meet people and punch stuff. That's what we do in our spare time....we punch things. We have started to keep a log of the objects we punch. We've got a good list going so far. We punched a Lifesize statue of Ronald McDonald at the McDonalds in our Wal-Mart. We punched some swing sets in front of Toys R' Us also. You can see that I have a lot of time on my hands.
