So I decided to be good to myself and jump on board the eight-hours-of-sleep-per-night band wagon. I turned in at 9:00pm which is really early by my standards. The result was that I woke up at 1:00am convinced that it was mid morning. After an hour of lying in the dark I decided that I probably wasn't going to get back to sleep.
What now?
I will watch Murder by Death ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Murder_By_Death ) and ruminate over whether wikipedia links add to the educational value of my blog or not.
If I don't get the sleep thing sorted by the end of the week then I'll do what I normally do, which is stay awake for as long as possible and then time my inevitable crash with a respectable bed time. Also it wouldn't hurt to up the exercise, I've been kind of lazy this last month.
