no shit. Check out my photos. You'll see a nice photo of (Libby) my '65. I also have a '71 conv bug (Faye) and a '77 camper (PPE) . I'm a little obsessed. So when so you wanna go crosscountry in the '65??!?!? I learned all I needed to know from my 'How to Keep Your VW Alive Forever' manual. It's the shit.

winning is relative in these meets. you swim against people your speed, but the results are calculated based on gender/age. lately i've been the only 30-34 yr old woman swimming the breaststroke events...so i've been getting 1st places. works for me.
