So as I walk around and ride the T and things like that, I've noticed peoples shoes... and I would like to share my opinions on something.
Uggs are ugly. I don't know who decided this would be a fashion trend, but they are. They have no true design and look horrendous no matter what you wear. I don't care if they are warm, pull your pants over them!!! Let alone the fact that they are winter boots that are not water proof!!! What's worse is when it is vaguely warm out and you see girls wearing them with shorts or skirts. That is so counterintuitive and f**king ugly that I want to rip them off your feet and make you walk barefoot! ARGH!
Crocs are even worse. Nothing goes with the VIBRANT colors they come in. Seriously, unless you wear bright colors all the time or are a nurse who wears awkward scrubs to begin with, avoid these. You just look like a childish fool who is completely colorblind and doesn't realize it.
And for the win, yesterday I saw Timberland high heel boots. Yes. Boots meant for construction but then somehow brought mainstream, that concept is bad enough. But taking a leather, steel toed mens work boot and making it into a high heel boot? Really?? WHAT THE FLYING F**K IS GOING ON?????
Yeah, some things just bother me. For now, I guess whenever I see some messed up footwear I'll just say "Killer boots man!"
