Dillinger Escape Plan vs. Every Time I Die


Breakdown: Over all 10+ rating. Both Bands rock. Both pits were nuts. I saved myself for those pits so i didn't see anything from Drowningman, Misery Signals or Zao.

Pit:

First couple ETID songs got me tuckered out. I pulled off to the side catch my breath. Some jackass decides to start swinging and not move even though he is hitting me. I push him several times to get him to move. Nope didn't work. I tried getting in front of him and throwing some elbows. Nope didn't work. In fact, he punches me several times in the back of the head and kicks me in the chest several times. Alright. I got you. I go up and let my bouncer friends know I'm about to whoop some ass. All he had to do was move about 2 feet foreward. Thats all. Instead he got a spining roundhouse to the face and a beat down like i have never given before. Bouncers just go "Holy shit! and laugh. Then Ryan and Brian decide that its thier turn. One would run from one side and start punching him and run off and as he would do that the other one would start as the kid turned from the punches. Thus proving this fact:

If you fuck with me when I'm trying to have a good time you will be killed. Don't fuck with me!

But despite that the whole show was fucking awesome. ETID played an amazing set and so did DEP. M.S.'s impressed me and so did Zao despite looking like total hairband cop-offs. Didn't see Drowningman.
