Well it looks like I'm not moving out any time soon. One of my prospective flatmates (and the chief instigator along with myself) has been made redundent. Now shes going back to live with her parents in Blackpool for a while. Bugger.
To make up for this disappointment I have been spending the money I had sacved up for a deposit (Its not much but it was a start). I'm spending it on booze. Don't you like my sensible, mature attitude to disappointment? Its all shit so I might as well get pissed
I am completely planless now. Thats pretty normal for me but I was enjoying having something to work towards.
I'm going to have a blinding summer now and see what happens after. Shouldn't be hard to have a good summer as I've got tickets for 4 Ashes Test matches, Sleater-Kinney in Manchester. Sleater-Kinney in London, Lucinda Williams and Laura Cantrell in Manchester, Super League Grand Final in Manchester and a week in Sheffield booked. All of that should keep me entertained until October.
