Fun as it is to have a journal with 2 pages of comments I think it is time for a new entry.

This week has finally felt like a new year. Last weekend felt like a good end to the old year and a good start to the new one. Combined with a full week back at work and college starting again I think my head has settled into a routine again now.

Talking of college I got the top mark in my final essay from last term. Not bad seeing as it was a complete rush job. That's the first term passed now. Only 2 more to go and then I can start really think about uni. Although I've applied already I'm not going to count that particular chicken until I've survived this course. My attitude to work alreadt stinks and the more I think about being able to leave the worse I get.

I'm not sure if I have any aims for this year. Obviously complete my course and get into uni but that's more of an ongoing thing then a resolution. Seeing as that's going to be hard enough I don't think I'm going to set myself anything else too demanding. I will try and get to more gigs this year as after a bright start last year I hardly went to any in the second half of the year.

I'm still on a massive high from the weekend and journal entries always seem really dull when I'm in a good mood. It's much more fun to have a good whinge.
