I'd had that awful sore feeling at the back of my throat for a few days so I knew it was coming and today it has come out.
I feel like shit
There are people at work who would be particularly unimpressed if I call in sick. What I have to work out is how much I care.
At least it's a long time until Sunday so I should be better in time for football.

I've got the same bug. The meet may have exacerbated it but it had been kicking around Birmingham for a week or so before that. Maybe I brought the bug to Scotland!
