I spent 260 on clothes today. Combined with a new coat I got a week or so ago that's over 300 on clothes this month. This is completely unheard of, I never by clothes. Unless it's band t-shirts of course but that's different. Of course me being a rubbish and inexperienced shopper half of the stuff doesn't fit so I have to go back tomorrow and change it.

It's all gone on the credit card which is very naught. Well at least it was meant to go the credit card but I had a new one start this month and apparently you have to phone up and activate them now. Oops. Thankfully my little sister is flush with actual money as opposed to the plastic kind so now I have to pay her back. Owing my little sister money is another first. That's 2 firsts in one day.

I nearly committed a racially motivated crime on the way home. There was a French exchange student on the bus home and he was being completely obnoxious, touching girls arses and wolf whistling every girl who walked past amongst other things. I think beating the crap out of total creeps is acceptable and so I would have been within my rights to smack him over the head. I stuck to giving him stony looks though but it's a good think he didn't say anything to my sister as I think she really would have decked him.

I have now not had any alcohol since Sunday (and that was only 1 beer) and I am desperately trying to go the whole week. It is getting very difficult though but as long I avoid the pub I should be ok. Unfortunately tomorrow is Friday and I think my body might just walk to the pub out of habit. Even if I survive that threat my big sister is coming over for the night and there will be plenty of booze drunk then as well. It is going to be a hard day and I am not sure I can resist. Damn you alcohol and your ubiquity.
