I managed to get started on my college application latter today. Right now it consists of 2 paragraphs. The first one basically says that I want to go back to school because my job and all the jobs I can ever see me having if I don't get a bit more education are shit. The second paragraph says that I know nothing about the subject or whether it interests me but it's the only course you offer in the evenings that offers the prospect of getting into uni. I mean why even ask about why the subject interests me when the choice is non-existent?

Now I have to work that into a decent length letter full of bullshit. I hate writing bullshit. I used to be really good at it when I was at school but if someone sends you a lot of bull at work it is usually a boss or someone earning more money then you explaining why nothing is there fault, ever. You get really good at filtering it all out and now I have to put myself back in a frame of mind where I can create it. It ain't going to be easy but needs must.
