Drink is bad.
Went to the SG Brighton meet on Saturday and had a excellent time, everyone was really nice and I met some great people. Unfortunately I got so drunk I can't really remember anyones names. Arse.
It actually took me 2 pints to work up the courage to go and say hello. I have no idea why as it was obvious nobdoy had fangs. Curse me and my cowardly ways but at least I managed it in the end. I very nearly walked out of the door without intorducing myself at all and that would have been very depressing, I'd probably still be kicking myself now.
I woke up on Sunday still a bit drunk and decided not to risk sobering up after football (I didn't play, that would have been a mistake.) and carried on drinking as a very effective way to avoid my hangover. Unfortunately I am not allowed to drink at work so now I am suffering pretty badly.
We won though and Brighton drew with table topping Scunthorpe so it was a damn fine weekend all told. Shame it had to end.

ya know something occurred to me while watching the chelsea match tonight. although it is not evident in your regular pics section, there does seem to be a resemblance to the spurs gaffer in your profile pic. they were infuriating by the way. keane, lennon and berbakov dominating play for the entire first half but no goals and then in a five minute stretch in the second half, they are suddenly down 2 nil.

Alas to say that I Felt absolutely fine on Monday morning. But I'm going to put that down to the breakfast I had in the Dumb Waiter.
