Saturday might hvae to go into my list of all time top days.
Spent a pretty lazy morning just dossing about the house. Finally moved my books back into my room. Now I just need to find storage for my CDs and records.Theres no point doing it until I have proper storage otherwise I'll just end up tripping over them all.
Went down the park to watch my local pubs football team and then went back to said local to partake of some fine company and good beer. Actually managed to moderate my afternoon alcohol intake so I was awake when I went out in the evening.
Then I went to see Lords who fucking rock. Got very drunk and had an ace time. The guys in the band seemed like top fellas as well as they put up with rambling drunkenly at them after the show so full marks to them.
Went to a pub after the venue shut and carried in drinking. Vodka and lemonade tastes good.
Me and my mate put the musical world to rights for a few hours. I have no idea if any of what I said made sense but it was a most bodacious chat.
Finally pulled myself out of the pub to get a taxi home and ended up sharing the cab home with some lads I met in the queue who were heading my way which made this much cheaper and gave me some more excellant company on the way home too.
After all that I even managed to play well on Sunday morning which is some kind of miracle
