4-1 in our first friendly, 7-1 last night. Both against teams in higher divisions. We are hot right now. 1-0 at half time last night and the goal was sort of my fault
Stupid strikers missed a hatful of chances as well. A big hatfull. In fact the hat was probably a bearskin. We ran them ragged in the 2nd half though
I'm getting fed with coming home to a messy house, expecially as its never my mess. Is it really so bad of me to expcect people to clean up the curry they had last night by 5pm the next day? I don't think thats to much to ask but apparenly I'm a clean freak. If I could afford it I think I'd get a place of my own, I don't think I'm built for sharing a house at the moment.
Nearly pay day. I want to shoot the person who set pay day for the day after a bank holiday. 3days off, a chance of sunshine and I'm spending on my credit card. Very naughty.
Our goalkeppers getting married for the second time tomorrow (he's been divorced once as well, its not bigamous). Should be fun if expensive.
Then on Sunday we have the annual big family barbecue. A long standing tradion and usually one of the most drunken days of the year. Hopefully this one won't be expensive and I love family get togethers.
How mundane does my life seem at the moment? If it wasn't for the football I think the boredom would be killing me. As it is the football makes me happier then I've been in a long time, it is such a rewarding experiance knowing that the more you put in the more you egt out. I didn't think I would get on with the people I play with so well either, they aren't my usual indie hipster choice of friend (indie hipsters don't play much football) but the lads are really down to earth and easy to get on with. Not the super chavs I thought they'd be even if they look a bit like it. In fact they make my indie hipster friends look like arrogant snobs. I really didn't think it would have the impact on my life it has.
Plus I'm fitter then I've been in 10 years. Bonus.
(Still not fit but definately fitter)
