On Friday, E's cat moved into Chez Frinky (along with some significant fraction of E, herself). My dog (pictured) wasn't even aware of kittie's presence (she was hiding in the basement) for about a day until 5am this morning, we hear at the foot of my stairs "Meow! Meow!" Puppy was too slow on the uptake, so he couldn't eat her (as he would have liked). Still, he seems well aware of her presence now. Oddly, though, the animals seem far calmer than when they hung out (or tried to kill each other) at E's house.

....Of course, one time a while back I did get gum in my hair, and I was drunk, and all I wanted to do was eat a sandwich whilst my friend tried to force my head under the sink. And I can't say I've felt quite like that about anything since....
