Greetings from the Netherlands!
I. I freakin' love this place!
A) I love the fact that there are dedicated bike lanes everywhere, and EVERYBODY rides.
B) I love the the signs on every building display an almost casual disregard for their own liberalness.
C) I love the pancakes
D) I love the canals
E) Okay, I admit it, I love the windmills.
II. For those who are curious...
A) I am not in Amsterdam, and have only been in Leiden for less than a day.
B) I'm here for business.
C) So, no, I haven't hit the coffee houses.
D) Or the red-light district (and I only plan a walk-through, just to check it out).
III. So...
A) Any suggestions of what I should see?
B) Any suggestions of Dutch food I should eat?

The insurance company thing died in the ass, but my gynaecologist arranged a surgery date for me on the 17th of this month. So just over a week till the day. Hopefully all works out for me.
