So today, my friends, I did something magnanimous. I went into the Jerz. Collingswood to be precise.
My good friend moved to the burbs upon getting married, and I decided to suck it up and head out there for a day of suburban fun. And suburban fun was had! We played putt-putt golf, drove places that were only a few blocks away (because of the ample parking!), ate at a diner-esque themed restaurant, and played catch in a park for several hours. Oh, and there was also the Family Ties marathon on TV.
Yes, I had a very nice day, but it was defiinitely a reminder of why it's great to live in the city.
