Fear is my topic today aswell, how strange.
I was afraid to go to a dance class today... so i didn't, even though I was aching at the thought of not going
I am also afraid of small spaces, I went over ten years without going in an elavator, then on camp in the US I had to take 10 13yr old girls caving but I did it because I knew I had to.
other things that scare me are as follow
Sand, I am serious, please don't laugh
feet freak me out
Death, or more the fact of the possibility of nothing after life
Being Alone
what I am actually capable of and the fact that I could achieve so much if I put my mind to it.

well.... Have you ever seen iron men on tv doing the drill of running across the sand and diving face first into the sand to grab a stick out of the ground first. They end up with sand all over their body and in their mouths. The thought of that makes me want to vomit, let alone it actually happen to me. When I am at the beach I cant be on dry sand especially if I am wet. It sticking to me freaks me out. I know my explanation sounds weak, but I really cant handle it
