I wanna start a new health thing and get in shape.
I'm gonna take before and after pics and the whole thing.
I'm not even that fat... really.
The rationalizations don't work that well when you're pants don't fit.
If you have pants that used to need a belt but now totally constrict your waist... you gotta problem.
BTW I changed my name since I didn't like that a google search pulls up this site.
Goshdarn it, you know you're empty on ideas when you resort to diet program pledges in your journal...
i think health programs are good
i try to choose an easy one that i can live with
and be consistent with
gradual change is good
