Yet another fellini thanksgiving. It's getting to the point where a normal one would freak me out.
Feeling recovered and whole again.
I get messed up every once in a while to really apprecate being not messed up.
Okay, well that's not my intention but it's how it ends up working.
I'm appreciating calm and stillness now. I can't really say I enjoy participating in chaos that much anymore.
One of the few good things about a really bad hungover is the feeling I have where I reevaluate everything in my life.
I look at everything with new eyes, like a blacklight picking up all the lint and stains you'd rather not pay that much attention to. I become acutely aware that I'm a poisoned organism.
It made for a cringeworthy day. I'm over that now, though.
You know the corny cliches about living your life to the fullest and all that.
Well, you do only have so much time to live your life, so you better be doing something that you want to be doing.
Sometimes I feel hypnotized by my routine. You gotta shake it up every once in a while.
