I had the most fun weekend you guys. And fairly remarkable too!
Saturdaynight I DJd as normal in the club where I work. finished at four and immediatly drove out to Ruigoord. Ruigoord is an old village that was squated in the 70's/80's. All the people that live there are artists and the like, old hippies I guess, basically. They've got a huge field where they sometimes have parties, like last weekend. A solstice goatranceparty from 14:00 saturday afternoon untill 00:00 monday morning. Now I never liked house much. I like the prodigy, chem. bros, fatboyslim, faithless that kinda thing. But I've never been one to rave. But I loved this party! Like I said we were there about 05:00, whatched the sun rise. Danced for an hour or so but then I started to get tired, I had been working all night. So we decided to go home and come back later that afternoon. We slept till onee back in the field by three and I danced and danced untill around 20:00. Then I was sooo exhausted, what with the sun and all. I alo didn't want to do drugs, of course that would've kept me on my toes a lot longer bu i have a busy week thuis week, so didn't wanna get fucked! It was funny thought to see all the people that were allready off their heads at 5 in the morning, still dancing and even more off the planet by 19:00 the next day! hahaha, like I said, the best fun in a long time. All these stiff upperlip goth's get me down sometimes. You can have fun and be a goth at the same time you know! And tell you what... I don't half squeeze my feet into some odd looking shoes sometimes, ouch, and dancing on that field barefooted...they loved it. So I've decided that my feet deserve a little freedom now and again so we're off to another field goatrance party next weekend. YAY!
