Rules: Once you've been tagged, you are supposed to write a note with 25 random things, facts, habits, or goals about you.
1. I memorize phone numbers in a 3D pattern. Long story how I do it. I know I am weird.
2. I love kids. I have 8 god children, 2 nieces and a nephew (just a couple of weeks old) who I love to spoil.
3. I am mostly a jungle gym for those god children that are still young enough to do so.
4. I am slowly coming to realize everybody wants to laugh out loud at the stuff I regularly do but are usually too classy to do so.
5. I recently earned a black belt in Progressive Kenpo Karate and am working toward my black belt in Jiu Jitsu and Krav Maga.
6. I spent the last year training for my 14 hour long black belt test so now that it is over I feel directionless and lacking a goal in my life right now.
7. I am having trouble sharing 25 things.
8. Five years ago, I said I would never follow politics and never will. Now I regularly read two papers (One national and one local), The Week, watch CNN, Headline News and MSNBC, and regularly boo Fox news. All just for the political coverage.
9. I have been a "ghost hunter" long before any TV show. About 11 years.
10. I find cooking and doing the dishes a zen like activity and don't do it often enough.
11. I wanted to be a Forensic Scientist when I was a kid. Before CSI. You can thank the Flash comic book character for that. That was his day job.
12. I am terrified of spiders.
13. I look at facebook profiles of people I supposedly go to school with and try to remember them to no avail.
14. I am really bad about calling friends back when they leave me voice mails. I try to always answer the phone for this reason.
15. I am currently infatuated with Steampunk and Psychobilly sub cultures right now.
16. I maintain a blog even though I do not think anyone reads it.
17. I get more use out of the Netflix streaming videos on my Xbox 360 anymore than I do the games.
18. When cleaning the house I listen to 1940's big band music. Why? I do not know.
19. I love to people watch.
20. I love the TV shows the mentalist and Lie to Me to learn how to do #19 better.
21. I alphabetize my books, CD's, and DVD's on shelves and even have them seperated by genre's.
22. I will not watch a TV program live. I will record it and watch it later so I can fast forward through the commercials. This way a hour long show is 45 minutes and a half hour show is 2o minutes. No wasting of time.
23. Despite keeping my desk at work and every one of my areas in the house clean and organized, my car is a disaster area. Water bottles, training pads for karate, fighting sticks, Copied CD's are everywhere.
24. I copy CD's for my car becuase the originals would get scratched up. It is a bit of waste of money but oh well.
