There is nothing more devastating than seeing a parent losing a child suddenly and at an early age.
One of the Sensais at my dojo lost her 12 year old son to complications from a viral infection. He was a cute and funny kid. Looking around at the visitation and funeral, you could just see the pain and heart stopping emotion of everyone from family, his classmates, teachers, and extended martial arts family (He was a student in several martial arts classes including one of my most promising students in my Jiu Jitsu class).
My thoughts and prayers go out to his mother, father, and twin sister.

Poor child. My sympathies to him, his family, and friends. It was nice of you to tribute him here.
