I just realized I haven't written anything on here in over a month. It has been relatively quiet overall. I have gone to my fair share of movie, but the big summer movies largely have been an abomination (Fast X, Guardians of the Galaxy, The Flash, and Transformers come to mind). The one movie I have seen lately that was actually good is Past Lives.
Other that the movies, there have been some baseball games. I went to watch the minor leagues, which is always a laid back experience.
The major league experience is a lot different, but they are the best players in the world.
The only other thing if note is my car ended up in the repair shop after the field mice that live on the other side of the retaining wall behind my house decided they needed a new home. Apparently, my engine seemed like as good of a place as any.
They made home and chewed on a bunch of the wires. Let's just say I can think of lot's of other ways to spend about $3000.
