Last night was the second Black Keys show of my back-to-back shows. The baseball game beforehand did not go to plan, as my Mets had their season ended. The show was a good was to start to wash the game away. Fun performance. The show was a few minutes shorter than night before due to earlier curfew at the venue. The crowd got into it once Dan Auerbach told them it was okay to stand because it would be more fun.
I get go to the studio this afternoon to talk through my feelings on the podcast. I will have excised my baseball demons by the end of the episode. The rest of the baseball playoffs will be viewed with a calm reserve.

@lioncourt Dan's solo stuff is good too. The vibe is a lot different when he is on his own. When he plays with The Arcs then it is somewhere in between his solo projects and The Black Keys. 🙂

@morea It was interesting how it went for Band of Horses. They gave a better performance on Saturday night, but the crowd was more into them on Sunday night. 🙂
